Naderev Saño made headlines when he burst into tears while speaking before the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Warsaw, Poland in 2013. The conference was held days after the typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) devastated the Visayan region of the Philippines. Listen to his speech on this video.
